Hygiene Operative - Days Evening or Night Shifts (Craigavon)
Location: Craigavon
Employer: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)
Pay Rate: Days - £12.30 Nights / Evenings - £12.94 per hour + time and a half for overtime
Shifts Available:
- Days : Monday to Friday Or Weekend shift
- Evening: Sunday to Thursday, 5:00pm - 1:30am
- Night: Sunday to Thursday, 11:30pm start (no fixed finish time)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Avondale, a leading name in food production, is seeking dedicated Hygiene Operatives to join its team in Craigavon. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, fixed-shift work with a supportive employer and modern facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing deep cleaning of machinery, production areas, and communal spaces
- Using strong industrial cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with training
- Ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
- Carrying out heavy lifting as part of the cleaning process
- Working independently and as part of a wider team
What We're Looking For:
- Previous cleaning or sanitation experience is preferred, but not essential
- Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and physical tasks
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts on a fixed schedule
