Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Graduate Marketing Officer to join our Marketing and Public Affairs department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in marketing, working within a fast-paced and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, social media platforms, email newsletter, and marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organisation and promotion of events, job fairs, and other marketing activities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Capcut).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Website CMS systems)
  • Attributes:
    • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
