Job description

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to recruit for one of Irelands market leading organisations within the stationery industry. We are recruiting for the position of Customer Support Representative to work on site with our client in North Tipperary. The Customer Support Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients customers within their customer experience team via phone, email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer service environment

  • Excellent listening and communication skills,
  • An ability to empathise with customers
  • A desire to understand the needs of the customer and how to improve their experience
  • An ability to liaise with other departments to collate information needed to resolve customer issues.
  • A proactive approach in responding and resolving customer queries
  • An interest in developing an understanding of our business to best serve the needs of the customer.
