Customer Service Agent

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team of one of our client's based in Antrim. The client is an easy, economical, no fuss courier service who have you covered whether you need local, national or international delivery or even if you need a returns service. They offer a cost-effective, reliable, friendly service, backed by the latest technology to deliver digitally-driven solutions to meet evolving client needs. The position will be temporary with a view to permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure response times are being met for calls, online enquiries, pickup requests, customer requests.
  • Administer freight requests from customers
  • Provide administration support for the Sales Reps and sales leads information
  • Maintain knowledge and competency in the use of new technology/standards which improve service

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communicator, able to relate to customers, staff, management;
  • Empathy with the needs of customers;
  • Well organised;
  • Emotionally mature.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Administration experience essential;
  • Geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland essential;
  • Competent computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in
  • MS Excel and MS Word;

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

Rate of Pay:

  • £12.45 per hour
