Customer Service Advisors: Several Positions available!!

Staffline Ireland is delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a part time permanent basis on behalf of our client, one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland.

Location: Holywood

Salary: £23,500 (Pro-Rata 20Hrs per week)

Hours of Work: 20 Hrs Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm

Job Purpose:

To work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good general level of education to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent level qualifications, in both English and Maths OR a minimum of six months' customer service experience, communicating with customers via phone
  • Evidence of demonstrating an approach to call-handling, in a customer service environment,
  • Evidence of ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a workplace environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work responsibilities.
  • Excellent level of IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include work related experience of Excel, Word and Outlook.
