Branch Manager

Location: Belfast

Hours: 37.5 per week (some flexibility required)

Salary: £50K + Car Allowance + Bonus - OTE £90K

Benefits: Bonus Scheme, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Pension, 36 days annual leave including Public Holidays.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and profitability of our Belfast business and managing a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants and Key Account Specialists.

Job Summary

As a Branch Manager with a proven track record of managing successful teams this is a fantastic opportunity drive growth in an established branch whilst supporting and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Key Account Specialists.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce and execute a strategy for planned growth for the Belfast region with the Managing Director
  • Lead and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants and Key Account Specialists to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive performance and ensure adherence to set KPI's
  • Monitor, prepare and communicate financial and performance targets expected and actual performance both individually and as a team
  • Provision of coaching and 1-2-1 support and guidance to the team
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee operational and new business management within the private and public sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and client retention
  • Take ownership of the branch budget ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded
  • Cultivate relationships with new clients and stakeholders in the Belfast region
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients through regular and structured contact and review meetings
  • Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Comply with Health and Safety standards.
  • Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and Client Ethical and Customer Audits as required

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Proven track record of managing teams within the Recruitment Industry with proven success in new business Development
  • Expertise in client retention and operational management
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a team of recruiters with a focus on growing existing and new business opportunities
  • Strong Leadership and Decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral and all levels
  • Financial fluency and sound commercial knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS office including Excel and power point
