We require Boning Hall Operatives for our client, Cranswick based in Cullybackey, one of the UK's leading food producer and supplier of premium, fresh and added-value food products.
Hours per week: 40
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £10.96 Per Hour
Overtime: £16.44 Per Hour
- Working on production line, using knife
- Cut and trim meat from larger portions into steaks, chops, roasts and other cuts
- Remove primal cuts from carcass, following the correct cutting lines and seams for the station you are operating
- Ensure any bones being removed are to the required customer specification and ensure yields are achieved.
Job Criteria: No Experience Required - Full Training will be provided
