• 36.2 hours per week

In Return:

• 13.91 Per hour

The Role:

• Assisting Line Manager in applying the appropriate debt recovery procedures where non-payment occurs.
• Carry out investigatory work, visits and all reasonable methods to attempt contact and resolve issues in arrears cases where non-payment occurs.
• Carrying out administrative tasks to support the instruction of Retained Solicitors and all necessary County Court proceedings. Responding to customer needs in a timely and consistent manner.
• Consistently delivering a high standard of customer service that is shaped around the customer's individual needs. Interpreting and applying policies and procedural guidance as appropriate.
• Organising and prioritising workload appropriately and independently.
• Undertake other relevant duties as may, from time to time, be required.
• Working collaboratively with other teams to meet the identified collective purpose for income collection and debt recovery service in line with Build Yes principles

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• 1-year Relevant experience
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle
• Basic Access NI
• i) Hold a BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus one year's relevant general administrative experience*.

Or

(ii) Hold a BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus two years' relevant general administrative experience*.

Or

(iii) Exceptionally, candidates not holding the above level of qualification but with three years' relevant general administrative experience, may also be considered.
