Accounts Administrator - Dublin 12

At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a growing medical company with offices in Dublin 12.

This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will join a dynamic team and an organisation whose focus is serving their customers and developing their people.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Administrator will provide support to the finance team. Duties will include assisting with month end processes, daily calls to customers, preparation of invoices and statements, bank reconciliations along with responsibility for obtaining and recording financial data.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Receive all customer bank details and apply customer accounts on ERP system (SAP)
  • Follow through on customer enquiries and take ownership of customer requests from start to All correspondence with the customer must be recorded on our CRM platform.
  • Liaise internally with Customer Service, Warehouse, Reps etc to ensure queries are resolved
  • Highlight risk accounts to Finance Manager
  • Responding to customer queries and general query resolution on a daily basis to facilitate payments from customers
  • Working to specific targets to such as sending out quotations, retrieving POD's and sending out to our customers
  • Preparation of invoices and statements to be sent to customers

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' of experience in a busy accounts related role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • SAP & CRM systems experience is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the competency to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team
  • Outstanding communication skills, in particular the ability to converse with customers and Finance Team
  • Proven analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and able to work to deadlines
