Confident Administrator required for temporary role in Lisnaskea Town
Hours of work : 9am-5pm, Mon - Fri (35hours weekly)
£12.21ph
Starting asap, you will answering calls, carrying out data entry, compiling information and arranging appointments / bookings over the phone.
Duties
Data Entry onto an internal system
Attention to detail, checking information on written forms
Answering and transferring calls and taking messages
Working as part of a busy team and on own initiative
Scanning documents/files - Uploading digital files to internal database
Building relationships with other departments, with both internal and external stakeholders
Criteria
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 years previous administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
Good organisational, time management and interpersonal/communication skills.
Strong team player with ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
