Job Title: Production Operative Client: Dromona (Dale Farm Group) Location: Cullybackey Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Shifts Available:

· Day Shift: 6am-6pm (4 on / 4 off rotating)

· Night Shift: 6pm-6am (Monday-Thursday)

Pay Rates:

· Day shift: £12.21 per hour

· Night shift: £12.69 per hour

About the Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join the Dromona team in Cullybackey. This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term, stable work in a modern food manufacturing environment.

No previous production experience is required, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

· Carry out quality checks and follow production standards

· Assemble, pack, and label finished goods

· Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of machinery and work areas

· Follow all Health & Safety and food safety procedures

· Perform additional duties as directed by the manager

Ideal Candidate

· Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Good understanding of written and spoken English

· Previous production or factory experience beneficial but not essential
